If you know how far a gateway’s rate is from the market rate, enter it here to compare fairly. Amex and other card types are on each gateway’s page.

Ranked only by what you keep, using each service’s published fees with GST on the fee. No one pays to be listed.

How this works

  1. Your client’s payment is converted to rupees at the exchange rate above.
  2. Each service’s published fee is taken off, with GST on the fee only, never on the payment.
  3. Where a service publishes a currency conversion charge, it’s included. Indian card gateways don’t publish theirs, so you can add one.
  4. Services are ranked only by what you keep. Offers for new sign-ups don’t change the order.

What exchange rate does this calculator use?

It starts from the FBIL reference rate on 26 Oct 2026 (₹95.1549 per USD, ₹106.7241 per EUR and ₹127.2269 per GBP), as published by the Reserve Bank of India. Change it to today’s rate: we don’t fetch live rates. Each provider then converts at its own rate. Xflow, Stripe and PayPal publish a conversion charge, which is included. Infinity, Razorpay MoneySaver, Winvesta, BRISKPE and Skydo say they convert with no markup. Indian card gateways don’t publish their margin, so you can add one under the gateway list.

How long do international payments take to reach your bank account?

It depends on the provider. Razorpay MoneySaver Export Account (local bank transfer) pays out in 1 working day; Razorpay MoneySaver FlashLinks (US ACH debit) pays out in 5 working days; Stripe pays out in 5 working days; PayPal pays out in 1–5 working days. Each option’s published payout time is shown in the list.

Is GST charged on fees for international payments?

Yes. GST at 18% is added to the provider’s fee, never to the payment itself, and the amounts on this page already include it. If your business is registered for GST, you may be able to claim it back as input tax credit. GST on your own invoice to the client is a separate matter for your accountant.
