After RBI approval on 29 Oct 2025, Razorpay’s online and cross-border payment business moved from Razorpay Software Limited to Razorpay Payments Private Limited from 1 Jan 2026.
What it means for you
Contracts and fee invoices now come from a different Razorpay company, so check the name on your records and GST invoices.
